Joe Mandelbaum is the firm’s Founder and President who for more than 40 years has focused on investment real estate. First as an investor, then as an adviser and now as a services provider. His extensive experience and knowledge allows him the opportunity to develop numerous strategies that he utilizes and shares directly with clients, associates and real estate professionals.
Jessica Mandelbaum is the firm’s Managing Director who for the past fifteen plus years has focused on building and growing the firm’s extensive network of professional relationships. Today she oversees the firm’s investment property acquisition efforts, supervises the investment analysis team and coordinates all third-party property marketing efforts.
Henry Mandelbaum is the firm’s Operations Manager who manages the day-to- day corporate office operations and oversees the firm’s real estate Asset Management division. Henry’s extensive experience with third-party fee managers ensures that the firm’s due diligence and oversight efforts during acquisition, ownership and dispositions are fully coordinated and timely executed.
Sam Mandelbaum oversees the firm’s local Property Management division and is responsible for managing all local client, vender and tenant relationships. In addition, Sam is involved with maintaining the firm’s knowledge, expertise and relationships with the net leased single tenant marketplace and thus oversees our clients direct and indirectly owned NNN holdings throughout the United States.
Nancy Mandelbaum is the firm’s activities and social coordinator responsible for the firm’s “Esprit de Corps”. Along with our various venders and administrative personnel, Nancy is involved in coordinating the firm’s social calendar and the promotion of local and remote client gathering events. She puts the “&” in M&A.
Katie Clem is a seasoned member of the team who oversees in-house bookkeeping and accounting and coordinates the tax preparation for our various client investment entities. As a licensed California real estate professional Katie assists with our local property management, leasing and property accounting efforts.
Emma Qubain oversees our investor relationships and client education and communication programs. She coordinates and participates in all client meetings and presentations. In addition, Emma is an integral member of our development team responsible for coordinating communications between the various internal and external stakeholders in our development projects.
Jeanie Gardner is the firm’s administrative coordinator responsible for front and back- office facilities management, client and staff communications, vender interface and travel. Jeanie takes the lead in coordinating client in-person and virtual meetings.
Adam Danishefsky oversees the firm’s outsourcing efforts and handles communication and engagement with our growing list of vendors and subcontractors to enhance the firm’s administrative, analytic, and marketing initiatives. Adam helps our management team define the firm’s outsourcing needs and does the research to identify and vet potential venders and consultants.
